I haven’t read a more exciting book in years. The story of a famly coming together under the worse circumstances. The romance is great, but the suspense and drama are awesome. I never knew what would happen on the next page. How these men can go inside themselves to find ruthlessness was beyond me. I never wanted to put this book down. The characters were all so unique and intersting. I can’t wait to read the next book in this series. I need to read this one again first, there is so much I think I missed the first time. I loved this book.

The story weaves a very complex plot into a chilling and compelling multidimesional thriller. There are romantic elements, spy thriller elements, murder mystery elements and more – all tied together in a credible, yet fantastic tale. It’s a real page turner – keeping the reader guessing the entire way. Lots of action, lots of tension and still the characters are developed solidly, drawing the reader into this fantastic story. This is the first book of a series and every indication is that it’s going to be a great one. I’ll definitely be picking up the next installment in the Black Fire series as soon as it appears. Great reading!

“Well, I stopped long enough to fix some food. Great story! The characters were well defined, the plot thickened and then twisted and then thickened again. The descriptions were just enough so you could picture everything, but not overbearing. Lizzie and Kat were perfect and Max was an amazing hero. The villain’s were beyond the worst of bad guys.
